This credit collector role is open at a global orientated company, a big player in it’s field.
In this temp-to-perm role you will be responsible for your own credit collections portfolio with clients who are based all over the EMEA region with focus on the Romanian speaking customers. The credit collector will work for a large multinational in a team of experienced credit management professionals.
Your main responsibilities:
Chase debtors for overdue invoices, mainly by telephone but also by email
Manage disputes
Set up and follow up on payment plans
Be a credit control expert for colleagues and other departments
Affinity to detect any risk of non payment and communicate about this
Participate in projects
The perfect fit
Has at least 3 years of relevant experience in international collections
Is mastering the Romanian and Hungarian languages (and good knowledge of English to be able to communicate internally)
Currently living in the nearby region of Heerlen / Maastricht in The Netherlands (travelling distance from Germany or Belgium is possible)
Available for 40 hrs pw fulltime

Working remote, when possible again, going to the office for 1-2 times a week in Heerlen is preferred
