As Export Intercompany Specialist, you are contributing to swift delivery of our products by applying policies focusing on Export and Intercompany stock transfer movements in our supply chain towards our Emerging Market Countries. The job entails close working relationships with local downstream Distribution Centers, regulatory, logistics operations, transport teams, trade compliance and our supply chain planning department. In close co-operation with our internal parties and stakeholders, we strive to ensure excellent quality and ultimately our patients’ safety and health!

A Day in the Life
• You are the first point of contact for inquiries from Distribution Centers in Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, India, Asia Pacific, China, and Latin America related to their stock transfer orders from our Distribution Centers in Heerlen, Netherlands or Rolo, Italy.
• You are responsible for smooth order and shipment processes and communication (handling incoming e-mails and resolving issues in an efficient, compliant, and effective way to strive for the highest level of customer experience).
• You create and monitor stock transfer orders, deliveries, shipments at different stages in the process and monitor our lead-times in ERP (i.e., SAP) systems.
• You are responsible for aging orders and providing daily/ weekly information about the open orders, deliveries, and shipments to the distribution centers.
• You are responsible for service complaint follow up with detailed root cause investigation and timely resolving the complaint.
• You apply continuous improvement method/thinking while working on process improvements, you analyze and assess data and deviations to enable smooth process flows.

Must Haves
• HBO working and thinking level
• 2+ years’ experience in export related customer care/service, order management or logistics
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Customer focus and stakeholder management skills
• Computer literacy (MS-Office and ERP systems)
• Pro-active approach, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and to deal with stress

Nice to Haves
• Experience with Emerging Markets and/or Intercompany
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Results orientation by using data, KPI’s/Metrics and other tools and systems like MOS, CAP and Lean Sigma
