As a Technical Sales & Service Officer , you will be working within Dstny White Label Services (Wholesale) . This means we don’t sell directly to end customers — instead, we empower partners (such as IT and telecom providers) to deliver our services under their own brand. Your role is to help these partners use our services effectively and efficiently.

In this position, you are often the first point of contact for partners when they have commercial or functional‑technical questions about our services — from connectivity to mobile and fixed telephony. You think along with them to design the best setup, advise them on what’s possible within FLUX, and ensure that orders, changes and installations are handled smoothly. You are the essential link between partner, sales and operations.

What will you do as a Technical Sales & Service Officer?

  • Advise partners on how to deploy and expand our Wholesale services
  • Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions
  • Manage orders and changes in FLUX, from request to delivery
  • Provide guidance on services such as Voice, SIP‑trunking, Mobile and Connectivity
  • Actively contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets
  • Build strong, long‑term partner relationships
  • Contribute to process improvements and work instructions

What we are looking for…

  • You enjoy your work and take ownership
  • You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • You feel confident having commercial conversations — without needing to be “hard sales”
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • You have affinity with ICT and telecom (SIP‑trunking and/or connectivity services is a plus)
