Job Description
- Be responsible for the performance of two agile teams, serving as a catalyst, team builder, and coach to enhance their output.
- Guide teams in self-organization and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Assist Product Owners in managing the backlog and stakeholder interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient progress.
- Help prevent and resolve impediments, while coming up with creative solutions to ensure continuous delivery of customer value.
- Work alongside fellow Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTE) to create a safe, feedback-friendly environment, encouraging team members to address challenges and celebrate successes.
- At least 5+ years of overall IT experience, with 3 years of coaching experience in roles such as Team Leader, Manager, or Coach, applying agile principles.
- Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM-1), Agile Coach, or Lean certification.
- Hands-on experience with the Program Increment (PI) process in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a SAFe framework.
- Strong understanding of the software development process and the challenges involved in delivering software products.
- Flexibly support teams based on their needs, improving their workflows while ensuring continuous agile progress.
- Create a feedback-driven environment where team members feel comfortable addressing issues, providing feedback, and acknowledging accomplishments.
- Promote an atmosphere of psychological safety that fosters collaboration, innovation, and productive outcomes.
