Dugan Market is a specialized warehouse and fulfilment partner for e-commerce businesses. We provide efficient storage, order processing, picking, and shipping of products across the Netherlands and Europe. Our modern warehouse in Heerlen (Limburg) is rapidly expanding due to growing online demand, and we're looking for enthusiastic and accurate order pickers to join our team!
What will you do as an Order Picker?
- Picking orders using a handheld scanner or voice-picking system
- Collecting products from shelves according to the order list
- Checking picked items for accuracy, quantity, and quality
- Packing, labelling, and preparing orders for e-commerce customers
- Filling pallets or roll cages and preparing them for transport
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily targets and keep processes running smoothly
What do we offer you?
- Salary of €16 to €18 per hour gross (depending on experience and performance)
- Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week, mainly day shifts with possible flexible hours)

What do we ask from you?
- Experience as an order picker, warehouse worker, or in a similar logistics role is a big advantage
- Accurate, fast, and efficient work style (you hit targets with minimal errors)
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail – quality first
- Safety-conscious and physically fit (you walk and lift regularly)
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- You speak Dutch or English fluently enough to understand instructions and communicate (both languages welcome!)
- Having a driver's license or own transport is helpful but not required
