products within the Spinal business and serves customers in more

Working hours
This is a
full-time position in a two-shift schedule:
- 07:00 to 15:30
- 13:30 to 22:00
Hours worked after 18:00 are
compensated with a 30% shift allowance, after 20:00 this goes up to
35%.

As a Logistics Support Office Employee, your daily
activities may include:
- Providing operational
support for inbound and outbound logistics processes - Resolving system-related issues using SAP and
BIS - Monitoring workflows to ensure
productivity and quality standards are achieved - Investigating operational issues using 5-WHY,
A3 and DMAIC methodologies - Reporting
deviations from planning and operational targets - Collaborating with internal departments and
international stakeholders - Supporting
additional teams such as Value Added Services (VAS) and Spine
Loaner when required
What’s in

Functie-eisen
- Extensive experience working with SAP
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including
Outlook, Excel and Word - Good command of the
English language (Dutch language skills are considered an
advantage) - At least two years of operational
experience within a warehouse or distribution environment - Knowledge of quality management systems and
quality standards - Experience with process
optimization or continuous improvement projects - Familiarity with Lean methodologies and
improvement tools - Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate
effectively with stakeholders across different departments
