A Day in the Life
This position is intended for the Value Addes Services (VAS) Department where you are responsible for a team which operationally assembles and packs components and blister into finished goods products, also some processes are focussed on repack activities. We offer you a role where you play a key part in shaping our company strategy across customer experience, operational leverage, and continuous improvement. As a responsible and accountable partner, you are highly committed to delivering value to our customers. You will dive into our processes and help drive best-in-class workflows, exceptional customer experiences, engaged teams, and the highest quality standards.
To succeed in this position, you are a proactive team player with a strong drive for execution and tangible results. You naturally focus on customer satisfaction and easily build long-lasting relationships with colleagues across different departments and disciplines. Managing multiple operational tasks and projects simultaneously energizes you.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with medical device environments are considered strong advantages.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Netherlands: 54,400.00 EUR – 81,600.00 EUR | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
