Role Description
We are seeking an Implementation Consultant for a full‑time hybrid role based in Heerlen, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Implementation Consultant will engage directly with clients to analyze their business needs and ensure successful software implementation projects. Responsibilities include guiding clients through project implementation, tailoring Odoo solutions to their requirements, and providing training and support to ensure adoption and efficacy. This role requires close collaboration with our internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with our clients’ goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Experience in consulting and providing actionable recommendations to clients
- Proficiency in software implementation and managing project implementation phases
- Exceptional communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Odoo or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
