You’ll join a team working with cutting‑edge technologies in a global, agile environment, with strong support for career growth and learning. /p h3GTM CoE Lead, NL /h3 pbThe role /b /p ul libLead ID Sales for Data Analytics in the Netherlands /b, working closely with the Country ID Lead to drive growth, market penetration, and strategic account development, while acting as a local extension of the global and European Data Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE). /li libOwn the market and opportunity sizing framework /b, developing robust business cases to assess market potential, define targets by industry and segment, and build a qualified customer and deal pipeline in alignment with CoE-defined priorities and offerings. /li liDevelop and execute the country Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Data Analytics, ensuring strong alignment with the global and regional CoE on offer positioning, messaging, partner plays, and portfolio evolution, while orchestrating execution across Capgemini business lines. /li libDrive offer deployment and localization /b, translating global and regional CoE offers into compelling, market-relevant propositions for the Netherlands, leveraging Capgemini’s partner ecosystem, including hyperscalers, to accelerate growth and differentiation. /li libLead and orchestrate pre-sales for Data Analytics /b, acting as the senior point of accountability for deal shaping, solutioning, and responses to calls for tender, mobilizing CoE expertise, solution architects, and delivery leaders as required for major and complex pursuits. /li libMaintain direct involvement with strategic customers /b, actively shaping, sponsoring, and selling large and/or strategic deals, ensuring consistency with CoE frameworks, value propositions, and commercial models. /li libAct as a business development catalyst for key accounts /b, promoting Data Analytics offerings with consistent, high-impact messaging, and supporting account teams with CoE-backed insights, use cases, and differentiated propositions. /li libDesign and implement a performance management framework /b for ID/Data Analytics sales, defining KPIs aligned with both country growth objectives and CoE success metrics such as pipeline health, win rate, offer adoption, and partner-led revenue. /li libWork in close partnership with global, regional, and local stakeholders /b, including other Capgemini business units, practices, and delivery organizations, to scale Data Analytics business and ensure continuity from sales through delivery. /li libEnsure effective Sales-to-Delivery transition /b, with clear processes for mobilization, staffing, and handover, engaging CoE and delivery experts where advanced expertise or complex delivery support is required. /li libContribute to CoE expertise and talent development /b, supporting the identification of capability gaps, contributing to thought leadership and market perception, and collaborating with practice and HR leaders on talent attraction, development, and retention in Data Analytics. /li /ul pbAbout you /b /p pYou will be an established leader in the field of Data and AI with experience in delivering large scale transformation programmes.
