Being a Global Compensation & Benefits Partner….
As the Global Compensation & Benefits Partner you will be responsible for creation and management of compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent worldwide. You will lead and continuously improve the global annual salary and bonus cycle alongside our global P&O and Finance teams.
Your mission will be to ensure a fair and competitive Compensation & Benefits structure, considering market trends, benchmarking, company resources, and local requirements.
You will:
- Conceptualize, implement and continuously develop the global remuneration structure, processes and tools
- Analyze market pay ranges for new and existing jobs and formulate recommendations to management and/or HR Business Partners
- Oversee the integration of global compensation and benefits programs during mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Create and provide reports, KPIs and analytics for Compensation & Benefits data
- Consult and support global internal stakeholders, and closely collaborate with local P&O-, Finance- and IT-representatives
Your Profile:
- You bring several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Management in an international role and have a strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements
- You have strong knowledge and experience in the conceptualization and implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs, preferably in a matrix organization
- You are experienced in HR systems, ideally D365HR
- You possess strong project management skills, adept at effectively handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- You are experienced in writing reports, analyzing data of diverse scope, and presenting the findings for business decisions
- You combine a structured and analytical approach with a hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented mindset
- You have strong intercultural, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- You are fluent in English. German would be an advantage

Full Remote* or hybrid: we work 80-100% remotely; however we have regular on-site team events.
