Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Spanishcustomer service representative for Medtronic inHeerlen.

As a customerservice representative, you will perform the following workingactivities: 

  • Processing orders using ERPsystems
  • Managing and responding to allincoming calls and emails in shared customer service mailboxes
  • Handling requests, letters of credit, andtender documents
  • Building and maintainingstrong working relationships with distributors, EMEA sales offices,the sales team, customer care service centers, regional businessdepartments, finance, regulatory, operations, transport, supplychain departments, and banks
  • Ensuringadherence to specific customer requirements, addressing their needseffectively, and striving to exceed their expectations

  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
