BP Project Management Specialist. – Medtronic – Heerlen

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to become part of the Operations Team within Digital Technologies, with a focus on Commercial Operations and Infrastructure. You will work with stakeholders both inside and outside the business unit, to ensure our released product structure is managed, maintained and available to the customer facing organisation at all times. This role will be a key point of contact for all parts of the organisation in regards to understanding our released products and bundles. 

A Day in the Life 
• Provides Commercial Operations coordination and support to the Digital Technologies Business Unit, and to stakeholders across Medtronic as required.
• Maintains and manages the released product infrastructure for the Business Unit.
• Supports the creation and maintenance of operating mechanisms and procedures within Digital Technologies.
• Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timelines, in relation to commercial operations projects, programs or initiatives.
• Applies knowledge and experience in commercial operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines, procedures, and policies.
• Gathers and compiles information for reports as required.
• Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and collation.

Must Haves 
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Operations, Project Management or Commercial Operations Experience.
• Medical device industry experience in commercial operations, commercial enablement, commercial governance or supply chain functions.

Nice to Haves 
• Experience with Medtronic systems such as SAP, Ariba, Daisy and Concur
• Experience developing and maintaining Sharepoint sites, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate workflows, and other Microsoft work management apps
• Six sigma certification or other experience participating in or leading continuous improvement projects
