Our Business Unit Data Manager has produced a globally recognized quality standard in the spare parts market with the TecDoc catalogue. This makes TecAlliance the market leader in Europe and is expanding all over the world. Your direct lead Jürgen Weiland (Product Lead Data Solutions) and his team of 30 plus colleagues are excited to meet you!

This role is focused on leading and supporting the adoption of Agile methodologies within an organization, ensuring teams are coached, collaboration is promoted, continuous improvement is driven, and stakeholders are educated to enhance overall project delivery and organizational agility.

Join us as an Agile Master, where you’ll spearhead collaboration, innovation, and success across our global teams. 

Your key contributions include:

  • Coaching teams to optimize collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Leading agile ceremonies and guiding teams toward timely delivery.
  • Proactively identifying and eliminating impediments to ensure productivity.
  • Influencing stakeholders and optimizing decision-making.
  • Fostering team cohesion through engaging team-building activities.

Your profile:

  • Proven project and team management skills in decentralized, international environments.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and tools, ideally certified in an recognized agile method
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Innovative, solutions-oriented, and committed to agile values.
  • Passionate about supporting employee development and resolving conflicts.
  • You speak fluent English, any additional European language is a plus
