PC Specialist Ltd is a well-established company in the computer industry, specializing in providing customized computer systems. We are currently seeking multilingual customer service agents to join our team at our state-of-the-art service center in Heerlen.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional technical support, sales assistance, and aftersales support to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Accurately process customer information in our administrative system, including order management and credit notes.
- Guide process payments and refunds as necessary.
- Collaborate with our production and administration departments when required.
- Monitor and report customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of current computer components and configuration.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Customer service experience, preferably through phone calls and emails.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, flexibility, and a genuine care for our customers.
- Interest in the latest technology, games, and software.
