Responsibilities
- Provide data protection and privacy expertise to business teams and stakeholders
- Manage internal privacy queries and support requests
- Support incident response and collaborate with regional leadership
- Assist with handling data subject rights requests (e.g., access requests)
- Support clinical activities in line with privacy regulations
- Conduct and review privacy impact assessments for new products/services
- Help implement new data protection laws and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development and rollout of privacy policies, standards, and procedures
- Ensure proper record-keeping and reporting in line with global and local requirements
- Support privacy training and awareness initiatives
- Help develop and maintain standard privacy documentation (e.g., consent forms, contract language)
Main Requirements
- Ability to conduct privacy and data impact assessments and communicate risks clearly
- Up to ~5 years of relevant experience
- Legal background or law degree preferred
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or clinical environments is beneficial but not essential
